  Gwalia Recovery in the person of Andrew Beech have just completed a difficult recovery and transportation of my broken down BMW. Both the access and the recovery position were highly problematic requiring two different types of vehicle to achieve it. Andrew was knowledgable,extremely efficient, suitably cautious, totally polite and pleasant company for the two hours it took to achieve. He is a credit and an asset to the company. The initial telephone response was handled well and the time schedule promised punctually adhered to. All impressions are of a very good organisation. My thanks. Tony Griffiths
